Farming is in Maya's heart, Maya's fresh vegetables and beautiful flowers are available for purchase at local-area Farmer's Markets.
Green Dining Network is a recycler of Used Cooking Oil (UCO) that are collected from restaurants, hotels, commercial kitchens and other hospitality providers and uses it to promote the production of environmentally friendly and renewable fuels such as biodiesel.
